Mark IV Heating Cooling & Refrigeration

Our neighbors had a very positive experience and when we needed help with our air conditioning unit during the summer, we called them. Amazing service and we knew we would use them in the future. Last night our furnace stopped working. Today Jason fixed the furnace and other issues with how the system was vented. Services always is either early or exactly on time and we will utilize them for any of our heating or air conditioning needs moving forward. Extremely please with them!

Mark IV has the most knowledgeable furnace technicians. Always on time and I’ve never had them reschedule. We have 10 different HVAC systems here at the church and the handle preventative maintenance and repair on all types, even some really antiquated units. Prices are fair. They can offer the newest technologies or keep your old stuff running its best.

They were great, very quick to respond due to our situation occurring late night. They were out first thing that next morning. Kyle was awesome and gave us our options for our situation and did a great job explaining the problem! They will be who we call anytime we have an issue.

Steve came out today to service my 18 year old unit. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I was expecting to hear I needed a new unit. He told me my system was working as it just came out of the factory. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Mark IV did a fantastic job. The tech was able to troubleshoot a small issue and get our system in top condition. Even found something that had been done wrong for years, fixed it, and didn't charge extra.

We experienced an A/C issue early Friday morning before the 4th of July weekend. I placed a call before office hours and Kyle was dispatched to our home within an hour and a half. Kyle quickly diagnosed and repaired our issue in a friendly and professional manner and our A/C system was back up and running for the holiday weekend.

A very knowledgeable technician showed up as scheduled to do the regular maintenance on our two furnaces. When he was finished, he did a good job explaining what he had done and what was needed. Their people are always friendly and efficient.

I asked for a quote on remediation of an existing situation versus replacing the entire furnace since we do not know the age of the system. Tim the technician arrived as scheduled, provided great options and their estimates were much lower than others that I had received. We will continue working with Mark IV.

All I want for heating/cooling service are knowledgeable, competent, pleasant technicians. Jason and Steve from Mark IV Heating & Cooling more than met my expectations. They went above and beyond. When I had an issue on a Sunday morning, they were fixing it within 2 hours. I recommend them unreservedly.

Have used Mark IV since we bought the house in 2008, they are always professional, answer any questions, and perform duties with ultimate knowledge and cleanliness. The office staff are always professional and ready to help. Would recommend!
