Mark IV Heating Cooling & Refrigeration

AC suddenly stopped working in the evening. When I called Mark IV they had a technician out the same day. Office staff was courteous, polite and understanding. Technician was knowledgeable and thorough.
The maintenance package that is included in the price of a unit makes me feel confident and secure that my unit will be properly working for many years to come.

We are so happy that we went with Mark IV! We got quotes from other companies and they wanted several thousands more for units that were bottom of the barrel. The owner himself came out and measured our home shortly after I called and then he sat down with us and broke everything down. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and really took his time explaining everything to us and answering all of our questions. He made sure that we got the best units (furnace and AC) for the best price. The team who came out and completed the install was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They found mistakes that the builders had made when our home was built and made sure that everything was fixed and wired correctly. They completed the job in a few hours and the owner came to make sure we were satisfied and that everything was perfect. He then called a few hours later to make sure our house was cooling down. The second floor of our home has always been several degrees warmer than the first, and, now both floors are the same temp! My fiancé and I are ecstatic and so happy we went with Mark IV! We’ll definitely be recommending them to our family, friends and neighbors. (My fiancé was so impressed by Mark the owner that we’ll be using him when our water heater goes out)

We had a water leak that turned out to be inside our air handler. Water on the floor, which we got stopped before it did any damage. There was a piece of foam that somehow was inside the handler that fell to the water drain that dispels condensation from the cooling coil. Since Mark IV installed the handler, they did the repair with no coast to me. I think it was a manufacturer's error since there would be no way for the installer to know that piece of foam was inside the handler.

Kyle installed a new run in our remodeled master bath and moved an existing line to under cabinet discharge. He also added an I-wave unit and new high efficiency filter system to our HVAC system. He was efficient and effective in estimating and completing the work.

I have been using Mark IV for a number of years now. They have always been prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Over the years they have upgraded their customer service applications. I appreciate receiving a text when the technician is on the way. Paying and invoices is now all electronic as well.

Jason at Mark IV did a great job servicing our furnace today. He was punctual, friendly and thorough. He pointed out an additional issue and was happy to fix it on the spot. I will certainly use you all again!

2 times Mark IV C&R has come out to fix our walk in cooler. TOP Notch professionals! Honest assessments of the work needed and fair estimates! I hope I do not need them a 3rd time but if I do they will with out a doubt get my business! Highly recommend this company!

Found Mark IV on Groupon and after checking the reviews decided to have them come out to do a tune-up on our 5 y/o heat pump. The technician (Jason) arrived on time and was thorough with the inspection taking notes and measuring the performance. We've never had a house with a heat pump so he answered our questions about some of the odd sounds and cycles that it runs through. Overall, I'd recommend giving them a call!

Mark IV has been our HVAC service provider for years. They are always prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Special appreciation for Kyle, who always goes above and beyond and works til the problem is solved.

These guys were quick, responsive and fair. They did a great job of explaining my options. Had a new heat pump installed. They were here on time and finished the job ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Mark IV to anyone.
