Brian was very professional with everything he did, from laying a mat down right when he came in the door to stand on and put his shoe coverings on, to checking our AC unit! We received an in-depth Email report on our AC and what he performed down to every last minute detail. He fixed what another company messed up on our unit! We would recommend Aire Serv Greenwood to everyone.

We had mike stammer come and run a test on our ac. He was friendly and very professional and gave us a honest opinion on what we should do to fix the problem.

Perform 2 month routine service call for newly installed system. Very though check up of the system. Impressed by the amount of time spent doing a 'routine' service call. Service man was very knowledgeable of the system. Totally satisfied with new system.

Michael Stammer came out and fixed my furnace issue. He was so helpful in explaining what was wrong and how the system worked. I will most definitely use Aire Serv again!

Great customer service from start to finish!! My husband travels so when my air went out I was freaking out. I called around and noone would come out that day or even the next day because of being booked up. I called them told them my situation and they came that night!! There was water leaking from my furnace and my unit is upstairs which makes my situation more scary because I was afraid of it gonna go through my ceiling. Brian was so awesome! He came to save the day lol he explained step by step what he was doing and he got it fixed that evening so I could relax lol. Thanks again guys! It's not easy to find good down to earth workers that actually care!!
