I have been having this company service my heating and cooling system for several years and have never been disappointed.

I know the owner is stretched pretty thin right now. But, that is still no reason to send out an inexperienced employee to diagnose my heating and air system. That employee spent all his time on the phone talking to another employee and together they said my circuit board was bad. He told me that they didn't make that board any longer. So we researched online and found the board had been upgraded. I ordered it, installed it and still.....nothing. we had another HVAC contractor come out and he found that the transformer supplying power to the board was bad. Replaced it, replaced the shorted low voltage wiring and it worked. S&S never sent us an estimate to replace our system as I asked. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This is the first time using S&S. The technician was knowledgeable and talked to me about my systems.

S & S was responsive, corrected the problem quickly and charged a fair price. Thumbs up!

They did a very great job. A little overpriced but then again what isn't?😁

Our heat went put and we have 1 year Olds so we needed a quick repair. When other companies couldn't get to us same day, they were able to be at our house within an hour of calling them. The gut who did our service was quick and kind. Will definitely use them again if needed in the future!
