We are so happy we found this company! The thing we appreciated the most is the time Scott took to explain things to us about our furnace. We found him to be extremely honest and did not pressure us at all into making a decision. He tells you what you need and is extremely straightforward. This is a smaller family owned company that takes extreme pride in their work. I also know that if I had an issue they would be extremely responsive and not make you feel dumb for calling. We couldn’t be happier.

Our first experience was Scott helped us with a sudden loss of air conditioning just before the 4th of July holiday. He took the time to properly diagose and assisted us to complete all repairs fully before the holiday and subsequent heat wave. His professionalism, integrity, clear communication, and willingness to go above and beyond thoroughly impressed me. He displayed a rare combination of attributes which clearly differentiate him. Our second experience involved Scott providing emergency assistance when the furnace blower motor decided to burn up in one of our rental homes. He was highly responsive and quickly replaced the motor with a new one saving us from much more expensive furnace replacement. His honesty, professionalism, responsiveness, and value consciousness are unparalleled. Again, he and his firm earn my highest recommendation.

Scott goes above and beyond for his clients. My AC had been on the edge of quitting for awhile and finally did about a month ago. He came out the next day, and set us up with something that would work for us temporarily so that we would have AC until he could replace the unit. Any other HVAC company would've let us sweat it out for that week. He came out and replaced the unit the next week.

Scott really seems to give a damn about providing good service. I know that when our ancient furnace goes out here in the next few years we will be back to have that replaced. I couldn't recommend SAS enough.

Our air conditioner quit cooling at the beginning of a heat wave. We had a few companies come out and everyone said we needed a new unit (existing a/c is 30 years old), and we might as well replace the furnace too. I spoke to Steve on the phone and he said he wouldn't quote me a price without inspecting the unit. He came out a day later, did his inspection, recharged and sealed the unit for a twentieth the cost of replacing everything. When the time comes to replace, SAS will definitely be my first call.

Very responsive, thorough and doesn’t charge you for things you don’t need. Honest, fair pricing. Scott is phenomenal, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and nice. Cannot recommend enough!!!
