Super timely and professional. I was very impressed. Our 22 year old ac unit was close to its end so I wanted to get ahead of the issue before my wife and I were stuck without AC in the hot indiana summer. I contacted mechanical man through their website (submitted a quote request) and received a response via email the very next morning informing me that Kevin Kauffman was going to be able to make it to my house to quote me that very day. He quoted me, we accepted, and they were at my house installing our new ac unit 3 days later. Mechanical man will be the only company I contact for our future ac/heating issues from now on. My water heater went out over the weekend, and Mechanical Man was able to take a previous order I had placed and come to my house next-day and replace my water heater. The two gentlemen that came out were incredibly respectful of the house, but also very friendly and explained to me how my new water heater worked and what I could expect. Their customer service was wildly beyond expectation, and I can't imagine going to another company in the area after having these guys out yesterday. I whole-heartedly recommend Mechanical Man. Had MM replace a major part in my furnace today. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Replaced the required part for the quoted price, explained the procedural and completed the work for the estimated price. While there he also repaired my humidifierand helped me understand its function and operation. Great job guys!
