After having intermittent problems with my furnace for nearly two months, they sent Rod to my house to diagnose the problem I was having. They went above and beyond to help me with the problem and communicated with the home warranty company on my behalf to explain the issues. Rod did an amazing and thorough job and was patient and explained everything in terms that I could understand. Something I certainly appreciated! I’d definitely recommend them. I know we’ll be hiring their services in the future if we need to!
