Quote was very high but person who ran estimate was very knowledgeable, courteous, and presented very well. Cost was the only detergent.

Great work. Installed new Air Conditioner and furnace. Cleaned up dry well. Explained everything to us as they proceeded. Five Star!

They did warn me about a $99.00 service fee. I called for a quote to replace a stripped main water line gate valve.
They had to “diagnose” it themselves, by turning and knob and confirm it isn't working.

I did not need a diagnosis, I just needed a quote on the repair. If the "diag" fee for telling me nothing, would have been waived I would have gone with the repair.

Also tried selling me a maintenance package on my house were getting ready to sell..
