Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling

Our drain pipe broke under our slab and flooded our kitchen. Summers was fantastic! They ran a new drain line and had everything running great. The technicians, Zach and Giles, were very professional and great to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

This company is the greatest. Their staff get back with you in a timely manner. They are great at explaining what they are doing and what needs to be done. I have been utilizing this company for years for my plumbing and repair needs and have not had an issue with their service.

Adam did an excellent job for us. Our AC wasn't working. When he came, he introduced himself, asked what was going on with the AC. After I explained the problem, he went to work and spent the time to solve the problem. Very friendly service and at a reasonable price.

Josh Ames was my service tech, and he was very cool, professional, knowledgeable, and quick. He knew the issue right away, did what needed to be done, and now our air is blowing cold again.

Out with the old & in with the new...that is exactly what Caleb, Cody & Chris did for my A/C unit. My unit was extremely old & they worked hard to replace it with a new unit. I was very pleased with their work ethic & they kept me informed about what they were doing. Summers will be out to do a complete duct cleaning and we should be breathing better this summer. Thanks for doing a great job. These guys were grest!

Bailey answered all my questions and explained everything. He explained what caused the problem and will be sending an estimate to fix it. It cost more than I liked but he did good work.

Summers is wonderful, we had them out two years ago to check our AC unit, they were able to get it fixed and let us know it had a recall on it.

January 2022 our furnace went out, and they responded very quickly. I greatly appreciated their prompt response, as we had a young infant at the time. They were able to get a new AC unit and furnace installed within two days. They took the time to go over all of the options and made sure that I understood.

Today, Tyler came out to do the maintenance and check our system. Just as the techs before him, he was professional, friendly, and respectful of our home and time. He explained what he was going to be doing, gave me updates, and informed me of any changes he made to the system. He did a wonderful job!

I also appreciate the texts the company sends with the tech's picture when they are on their way as well. It's small, but gives me a bit of comfort knowing who to expect at the door.
