After having no hot water since December 22 2017, and having 2 seperate plumbers out to look at the tankless unit (one tech was with gibsons plumbing!), we finally called Redman. they were upfront about the cost, they handled the warranty paperwork for the water heater, and had the new replacement installed in about an hours time. The technician (Don) was very friendly and professional. We will definitely be calling them again with any other plumbing issues.

Horrible, the technician was only at my house for 10 minutes to look at the central air unit and he told me the unit was bad and needed to replace it soo i had him give me some options and prices. This place called me over ten times with in 24 hours pressuring me into a lot of money on repairs. I just had my unit serviced by a local for under 150 bucks and it runs great soo don't believe the scam of redmans.

Redman has sold to Peterman brothers and is permanently closed

We had them come out for a quote a few weeks back and it was much better than some of the other companies in the area. They were in and out and did an extremely good job as well.

Very knowledgeable extremely helpful on parts.
