Bought pellet stove from local store in ft Wayne and upon uncrating found handle broken off of door. We called the store They transferred me to service Got some guy in Minnesota that insisted that i get him the Northern tool part number so that he could order the part for me despite the fact that we have the part number supplied with the Pellet stove. He’s telling me that i I don’t have proper information so he can’t order it.
I now have an inoperable stove that is seemingly not repairable and of course it has to be new year’s eve right.
Prospect looks bleak.

wish the store was bigger for it could carry more items

Needed some magnets with hooks on them. I looked them up online and their website said that they carried them. I browsed for about 30 sec before and employee asked me if he could help me. He didn't know where they were located in the store, BUT he searched until we found them. Thank you! Above and beyond service.

Nice big store. My first visit and I wasn't sure what to expect. My opinion is I think it's very similar to Tractor Supply in many ways. I was looking for a small smooth jaw vise but I didn't see any.

This was my first order but I'm sure there will be many more! Can't wait to receive my planter box. Great prices, fast delivery
