Northern Tool + Equipment

I really like coming here. The tools aren't too cheap and they have some oddball stuff that is way too expensive elsewhere... Especially for someone who won't use it often. Plus, their bargain bins have some good stuff. I would definitely put them on your list the next time you need something.

First call for technical assistance was not only uneducated in the product, but hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone who KNOWS. 2nd call was supposed to transfer my call to Corporate office for assistance, and ended up hanging up on me. I guess the couple thousand dollars a year I spend on tools and equipment will be spent elsewhere from now on. Horrible customer service!

Gabby was great. The item I wanted was a direct ship to the Ft. Wayne store. She knew when the item would ship and asked that I call back the next day to confirm when it would arrive. This was a great experience in ording the item.

Bought a cargo carrier for my hitch about 10 bucks more than harbor freight with shipping and taxes ..better quality as well as dimensions.

Northern Tool covers all the bases to supply our needs. Quality products, friendly, knowledgeable staff and plenty of easy parking, makes Northern Tool one of my favorite Contractor Supply stores.

Well stocked with a diverse selection from a large catalog of tools and equipment of both name brands and house brands. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, the warranties available are reasonably priced with many repairs done on site. I had ordered several specific items in to the store but one of the larger pieces was "lost in the system", they more than made up for it when I came in to check on the status. They have earned my business and the stars on this review.

needed online help purchasing a Mr. Heater unit heater. Blake answered all my questions and I purchased the BigMaxx Natural gas heater. It's great talking to someone who actually knows the product.
