    We had called them for an emergency no heat. Even when its -4 degrees out. They have no respect to help those who are in need of repairs needed done to the gas heater. Come to finding out that they canceled me off . WOW thank you for refusing to coming out and to not even bother Fixing it and for your concerns for those who really needed the help during emergency crisis. I will never use their business ever again!!!!

    I'm really happy with responsiveness. Other HVAC companies I called went to switch boards or to reps on-call who made it pretty clear that they didn't want to work their on call hrs. With Dennis, this wasn't the case and with Master's my AC and thermostat are working within a hr or 2 of my call on a Sunday evening. Very happy overall with my experience.

    I have so many words, and all of them good. My AC died last summer , and it was due for replacement . I went through 8 different companies for estimates, and masters really shined . The salesmen was prompt, courteous and professionall, took the time to answer my questions and give in depth explanations for my questions , he was very knowledgeable about not just the products they offered but applicable rebates through the state as well. It was a genuinely great experience working with him . The pricing was very fair and competitive as well. I called after the initial contact with questions , and he returned my call withing 20 minutes . That's some awesome customer service !!! I went ahead and scheduled the install for my new AC system , and the technician and his crew were prompt as could be. They went right to work , and knocked out my install. They even checked over my furnace for me while they were in it !!! They left zero mess!! I couldn't even tell they had been there !! Aside from the shiny new AC of course. There was even a plastic wrapper left from their work.

    To make it even better, my thermostat tanked 5 days after install , so I gave them a call and they are hooking me up with a new thermostat, installed, in two days. That's awesome customer service that cannot be beat. As a homeowner , I dread dealing with service companies, but Masters made it as painless as possible. From the office staff to the service men, they have some great people and Do great work. 10/10 recommend, and they will be my go-to from here on out .

    The receptionist was useless. Couldn't schedule any kind of an appointment. Many of us actually have jobs, need some sort of a window, not just "when they get to it". After a 1 star review the company did reach out and try to rectify the situation, for that reason I've changed my stars rating to 3. I ended up using a different company for this repair, but I have used Master's in the past with good results.

    Very dishonest company ( FORT WAYNE OFFICE) , don't use or work here!!!! Raising consumer prices to over come all the expenses the new general manager is implementing.
    Bad management!!! STAY AWAY!! 😡

    The previous owners of our home had used Masters so we decided to give them a try. Very pleased with everyone--from the gal who scheduled our first visit, to the tech who came today, to the guy who scheduled our spring A/C check for next year.
