Masters installed an entire geothermal system at our new build, and handled every detail from start to finish with impeccable attention to detail. Our minimal knowledge of geothermal had us initially excited but we had tons of questions. One call from John at Masters completely put us at ease. He answered every question, and expertly guided us through the process. We now understand that improper installation of these systems is the main cause for problems, so having the best pros in the industry at Masters became everything to us. Rep came out promptly to give work estimate. He was knowledgeable and professional. Ultimately though the price was the highest quote and we went with another company.

Need a new water heater. Call center couldn't provide even a range of prices, and wants to charge me $125 to just come to the house and assess whats wrong. Imagine paying $125, and then they show up and say, "yeah that will be about $5000. I'd be out $125. The fact that they can't even provide a range like "1200-2000" or something like that is madnesss.

Caleb and Gabe did a terrific job with the maintenance on my AC unit. Friendly, professional, and explained things well.

We had some resonance noise coming from the duct work intermittently. Masters come in, diagnosed and repaired it in less than an hour. Noise is gone. Good work!
