Installed and maintained by JF Miller for the last 3 years. Their service contract to come out fall and spring is wonderful and keeps me on task for maintenance (which I never remember) . Every technician I've had out has been very nice and professional. Highly recommended!

Ron Covey is always personable and professional. He has been coming for maintenance visits for a few years now and we are always pleased with his work.

Not only did he do the service we requested, he was so kind to help discuss other options that could be helpful for our home now and in the future. I can’t express enough how great our service experience was.

Kyle and Mark were the technicians today. Kyle assisted me by connecting my American Standard furnace with my smart phone so that I could monitor my heating on my phone. Terrific!
They explained service as they checked each part of the scheduled maintenance (not that I'm questioning their expertise,; just so I understand what and why they do what they do!)

It’s great to know that you can rely on the outstanding customer service that JF Miller provides. As well as the peace of mind when having them install a new April Air, Furnace, A/C unit etc. Can’t recommend high enough!

This is our 4th time using JF Miller and we are so happy with their team and the way they run their company. The team in the office is friendly, knowledgable and quick to help. And the onsite work is done professionally and allows me to ask the questions I have and better understand our system. It's so hard to navigate all of the heating and cooling companies that are available, but JF Miller is the best!

AC not cooling again. On our new home the siding nails have punctured the refrigerant lines inside the walls and are causing leaking freon. Lines are going to be replaced. JF Miller has continued to try to find the root of the problem after several visits and have never given up. Hard to find a company as conscientious and determined to make it right with the customer.

Always excellent service and on time. Thanks for sending Ron for our A/C service. He was able to diagnose the problem and fixed it quickly. He’s the Doctor of HVAC! Thanks again!
