Mike listened to my concerns, he performed thorough inspections, he got straight to the point, he provided the information I needed to know, and he provided different options for solutions - all while being professional and courteous, and making great use of my time.

Austin did a A/C check up as per my membership benefits. I just moved into my home less than a year ago and one of the first things I did was become a member of their service club. The people who lived in the house before me did not do regular maintenance on the furnace or A/C, so Austin had his work cut out for him on my A/C! He did a great job of showing me everything and explaining what was what and how it all worked. I feel absolutely confident that now that my systems will be serviced regularly by HCE they will have a long and efficient life! I highly recommend this company!
