Vic was outstanding! He was professional, courteous, and explained everything! He worked with us to repair and then replace our current (outdated) furnace with the kind of customer service that is almost impossible to find these days. Highly recommend this gentleman! I purchased a home in Fort Wayne and had Aireserve come out to look at the AC. The system was 36 years old and would have cost to repair. I decided not to waste money on a 36 year old system and purchased a new system. They were out the next day.

My furnace and AC were both replaced and I am very happy with the entire process. I had Rich and Mitch doing the work. They ran into several obstacles but worked around them. My basement looks nice and clean and they also cleaned the side yard.

I would recommend this company highly.
