The furnace in my recently purchased home appeared to not have had maintenance for YEARS! Jamie was courteous, efficient and did a great job getting my furnace in tip-top shape. He also explained what he did as well. I am very pleased with the service and integrity exemplified in his work. I would use him again in a heartbeat! The furnace and area were so clean when he left I really wished he would clean my house as well! LOL

Jaimie and the team at Aire Serv were very responsive to our needs. When our furnace started to fail he worked with us to ensure that our repairs were economical and reliable. Unfortunately, our system proved to be beyond its expected life cycle and replacement became necessary. They were able to do a full removal and replacement in one day of the full HVAC. Now our house is cozy warm in the winter and refreshingly cool in the summer. Jamie made sure that all our needs were taken care of through follow-up contact along with addressing any questions.

His friendly service even earned him a new best friend in our family dog who accompanied him throughout his work and Jamie enjoyed having him by his side. We are sure they will both be happy to be reunited at the next scheduled maintenance appointment.

Jamie was very professional and all around nice guy. Our house never had any hvac prior to Aire Serv so it was a cut in job on existing 3 br ranch house. So not the simplest or smallest install yet the workers were very careful and cleaned up after themselves and did whatever it took to do the job. I also believe the Amana furnace and coils have a good reputation also and I am totally satisfied with the whole process.

Jamie was very responsive when making our appointment and when Aire Serv North Fort Wayne came out to look at our furnace Vic and Travis were the technicians. They were very skilled in their performance of maintenance on our furnace and found a few repairs were necessary. Vic explained the parts that needed replaced prior to doing anything. The service was top-notch and both were very professional and personable. I highly recommend Aire Serv for your HVAC needs.

We had been shopping around for a new furnace and central air unit for our home. We had another company to remain unnamed here out to our house and the salesman was exactly that. 3 hours of blah blah blah but he sold us. He was supposed to call us back within 24 hours to setup installation and receive payment. 72 hours went by and my lovely wife and I decided to call a couple more places.
This is when we found Aire Serve….the salesman came out to the house, looked at our old broken units, told us our options and gave us a price. It was quite a bit less than the previous “used car salesman’s” price and we were very happy with how professional he was.
We agreed to do business with them and the instal was supposed to begin 48 hours later. In 48 hours we got a call from Jaime, the owner of the company, the furnace we had purchased was out of stock so he was sending his crew to pick up an upgraded unit for us at no extra cost.
Within 48 more hours both new units were installed and we couldn’t be happier.

Jamie came to our house twice within the same week to fix unrelated issues with our furnace. We were very pleased with his work and his professionalism. I would highly recommended this business for your furnace repairs.

My mom called and had a salesperson at her house to sell her a replacement AC unit. He gave her a quote and I kept telling her to get a 2nd quote and the salesmen just started dropping the price. I called Jamie and have him my moms phone number. He came over and replaced her entire unit plus so much more and saved my (near retirement) mother $2,500!
