Our AC called it quits during one of the hottest days of the year. I called Book the next day, right when they opened. The sweetest lady answered the phone and said someone would be available that day to evaluate the situation. True to their word, the owner and another professional showed up around noon to evaluate the damages. They quickly assessed the situation and gave my husband and I options. Every question I asked was met with honesty and professionalism. The option I chose meant more work for his company, but they continued to work until the job was done right. They continued to give us updates throughout the day, as well. Book did an amazing job and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Can’t say enough good things about Book! Called for a furnace repair and they had someone out within the hour. The technician that came was so respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We ended needing a new furnace and ac until (our current one was 22 years old). The owner and another technician came back out the same day to install our new units. They worked very late and in the rain to get the job done! I would recommend them to anyone a thousand times over! You have gained a lifelong customer!

Joe is very fair and reasonable with his prices, very punctual, very helpful and most of all, very honest. His employees are the same way. I’ve had several dealings with him both for maintenance and new systems and always found the statement above to be true.

From call to assessment to repair our A/C was fixed within an hour. These guys are fast, efficient, and polite. There is no question that we will be calling them for any HVAC needs from here out.
