Jeremy came to do a quite difficult relocation of ductwork to an upstairs bedroom in our 100 year old Tudor house made necessary by a kitchen remodel project. He did a careful and skillful job and in the process improved air flow to the bedroom. Appel never lets us down. Great job.

Ah, ignore those two other reviewers. Appel is great. Obviously I can't speak to the issues other people had, but after using Appel for over five years to maintain both our furnace and A/C, I can say I've always been pleased with the quality of their service. Today, my furnace stopped working and Appel had a technician at my home within 10 minutes. My wife and I had been considering trying another company for yearly maintenance because of all the coupons we've received in the Val-Pak and Money Mailers, but when the chips were down and we had a problem, we knew we could count on Appel.
