Appel Heating & Air Conditioning

My technician was on-time, nice, professional, efficient AND also informed me of some easy maintenance that I should perform on my water heater that he noticed while he was working on the heater and humidifier maintenance. Without him noticing it, I would have never known...and it was a very easy fix.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We received estimates from a couple of different companies to replace our furnace. Appel came out and said he thought the furnace was in good shape and had several years left. He wanted a technician to look at the furnace free of charge for a second opinion. The technician came out and within 30 minutes had the furnace running!

First time using Appel. Service agent Dan was prompt, friendly, thorough. Enjoyed our conversation with him. Feel comfortable with our new company

Appel has been doing our spring/fall service for seven years and we have had a wonderful experience. We always have the same technician (Jim) and he is excellent. The service we receive is unmatched!

Brandon arrived within the prescribed window of time given when I made the appointment. He was pleasant and respectful. He wore booties to respect our property. He gave me a quick review of his findings when servicing was completed.

Have them service my HVAC twice a year - this time my furnace quit the day before - they got it going and has ordered 2 parts. An older unit & I appreciate they found problems temporarily fixed it ordered parts for permanent fix & did not try to upsell .

Joe was great! Friendly, had a mask and shoe covers. He checked our heating system for the winter and reported all info in a quick manner. The customer service is outstanding.

Paul, Paul, Paul! Service tech. Paul is AWESOME! He is honest, courteous, and such a hard worker. We were misdiagnosed by another company and told we needed a new unit all together. Paul put his knowledge and hard work into our furnace and had it running within 1.5 hrs. Highly recommended!
