We had an excellent experience. Josh arrived on time and spent an hour servicing our furnace preparing the heating system and humidifier for winter. Josh did a thorough job and cleaned up the area before he left. Very excellent experience! Thank you Appel.

We have used Appel for 3 years now. They do great work and are very responsive if you need emergency help. We have hot water heat (love it!) and their people really know what they're doing when working on it.

Have had to call them out 3 times over the last 2 years for repair on an older overused system that we are limping over the finish line. They are very fair and honest. I don't fear what they are going to tell me and am always relieved at the price.

I have an older air conditioner. Our maintenance person went above and beyond to make sure that it was thoroughly cleaned the Freon was charged and that the unit was well-maintained for further use. Great job
