BNG Heating and Cooling were professional, courteous and provided quality work. We had a new gas line and furnace/air condition installation and everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend them!

The installers were awesome as well. They did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up all the mess when they were done. I would recommend this company to anyone.

BNG Heating & Cooling recently installed for me a new Bryant air conditioner to replace my 22 year old AC unit and the old attic duct work last modified to accommodate a house addition. The BNG installers were informed about their product, and keeping me informed, resourcefully solved the problems to install the new equipment and the new insulated, air tight duct system in my older home, and efficiently and neatly completed their work ahead of schedule. The new electronically controlled Bryant unit is very quiet.

Recently purchased home that had old electric heat pump, I had BNG replace with new efficient gas furnace, air purification, wireless thermostat etc., new air condition system, relocating from the patio to side of house (getting rid of noise on patio) even though new system is much more quiet than old one, replaced duct work after seeing the condition of the old duct work (years of gunk), and additional insulation after seeing the results of their heat loss testing.
Workmanship was excellent, system sized correctly, they gave me straight talk of what to expect. Results: Electric bill dropped substantially, house is even temperature through out and I am not congested every morning when I wake up!

Fred, I think his name was, basically took advantage of my daughter and son - in - law, this is their first place owning as a young couple with three young kids. They were quoted one thing on the phone and then double charged them(even insisted on following my sil to the atm, when they said they only had enough cash for what was quoted on the phone) when he showed up, did work they weren't informed of or they approved and charged them for it, but they sucked it up and took it because they figured it needed to be done. Charged them again for a diagnostic etc and this Fred guy said everything should be fine and left in a hurry before making sure everything was working correctly. So, sure enough after some time, it wasn't working correctly and my son in law calls and this Fred guy either lied or just blew him off. So, they ended up calling another place in Owensboro and they explained their situation and basically told my daughter and son in law that they got ripped off. This other place said they will do a free assessment and only charge for an out of area fee and a flat rate per hour, not $100 for this, a $250 for that, oh instead this quote I'm gonna double it because I actually had to do something besides stare at the air conditioner.... I'm pissed because these kids are trying to make ends meet while working hard and raising three kids, they don't need some jerk trying to take advantage of them. Don't mess with my kids...

The most seamless experience I've had with a business in a long time....old school service and know how..... nothing but positive vibes here!
