very ,professional, friendly, knowledgeable, did not disappoint. He came to fix my fridge, and while he was doing that, my washer broke too! Needless to say, he fixed my fridge, AND my washer, and they actually both are working better than they EVER have !! I'm very pleased with the service with Service Resource. Very professional and quick with service. I live 2 hours away and my furnace went out and everyone here local was either to busy or extremely high priced. Before making the trip and charging me a service call he had me try different things to see if it would work. He was very knowledge with the information he gave me and explained it to were I understood what to do. After that it still was not working he was 100% sure exactly what was wrong with it. He had me get the model number and said he would be there first thing in the morning since the part store was not open due to it being a Sunday evening. He arrived early morning and with in 30 minutes he had my furnace working. I'm very pleased with his service and the knowledge that he had that he was not having to make trips back and forth that would have left me without heat even longer with having 3 grand babies and my daughter living with me. I called Service Resource when my water heater quit working. I got quick and genuine service. He came out within 3 hours of my call considering I lived an hour and 40 minutes away. He had it up and running with in an hour and I was able to take a hot shower.
