Aim to please has been super helpful with both plumbing and electric work. They are very fair on price! I have enjoyed all 4 of the workers I have met. They were all quick and did a good job.

At the time they only support owner occupied homes, so call elsewhere if it's a rental.

Arrived quickly after calling without an appointment, Malachi was very friendly and knowledgeable . He explained what was causing the problems I was having. I was very pleased with Aim to Please Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone

Alan came promptly for an after-hours weekend service call after another plumbing company in Bloomington did not return my call. He was very pleasant and completed the repair promptly. Highly recommended.

Alan and Malachi have been doing work for me for years, and the quality of work is outstanding. For a few larger projects I've had multiple bids and other companies come out to and was appalled by the appearance, cigarette butts in yard, unknowledgable "technicians", etc, of other plumbing companies. ATP has always been knowledgable and completes the work in a timely manner WITHOUT trashing my home. Alan has remodeled my main bath and kitchen, Malachi has replaced my sump pump, fixed my garbage disposal, replaced faucets and both Alan and Malachi came out on a weekend when I had a friend screw up my tub drain. I wouldn't think of recommending anyone else except ATP! These guys are experts!

Being a service manager for a few thousand apartments in Bloomington IN to moving to Atlanta Georgia and offering plumbing services alongside my HVAC and electrical skills, I can honestly say that this is by far the best company in the industry and I’m surprised it’s not a huge chain of honest and well priced services for the entire USA! I was a customer of theirs for years and when I built a house in Atlanta, they travelled down 700 + miles and assisted me with my plumbing and electrical on a difficult and unique project. They taught me that an educated customer is a better customer and I can honestly say I owe them huge for teaching me so much. This thanks is long overdue and I no longer own the house, and will one day be able to show my appreciation in return. If you want qualified work, with a big Company feel, honest procing, diagnoses and fixed correctly the 1st time your search is over. This family owned company is the embodiment of professional and knowledge! Need a second diagnoses? Or maybe you have been in plumbing for a while and are stumped.... they would get a kick out of the challenge and never make you feel inferior! If aim is their goal to please you, then they are the arrow of Robin Hood slicing the arrow covering the bullseye!

I definitely do NOT recommend these guys.
Aim To Please (now, I want to call as Aim To Unplease) WAS well known as awesome plumbing serivce. However, considering today's happening, I am goint to withdraw my praisal. What happened?
Last August, I replaced garbage disposal and installed new sink (two bowls) and new faucet. The guy did realy great work and I was really satisfied with that service. And, yesterday, I replaced countertop and need to install garbage disposal (now, I have a single bowl) and faucet, again. Remembering the great service last year, I asked plumbing service to ATP again. Two guys came and installed garbage disposal and faucet. After one hour and 15 minutes, they charged me 240 dollars. Because I paid 180 dollars last year, I request why the charges are different.
One guy said he (called as A.e.g.) is a worker and another guy (called as B, e.g.) is a helper. He told me that if he works alone, it would take two hours. He told me that he worked for 1 and 1/2 hour ($100/hr) and the helper assisted for 1 hour ($50/hr)
I don't believe that the novice is a helper. If they work TOGETHER during the work, I accepted the charge. However, the worker A just taught how to fix the problem to the helper B during the work. Is my hourse a plumbing school? Why do I have to pay this extra charge for helper? And they worked in turn, not together.
Also, I don't understand why this work need a helper. The same (even easier) work was done by just one guy in the less hour last year.
The more embarrassing thing to me happened when I called his manager to explain this situation. I tried to contact with his manager but, failed. However, the worker A called his manager and explained the charge. The manager didn't want to listen to my request to explain and told me that he doesn't want to talk with me.
Finally, the worker A blackmailed that 'you refused to pay. And you will be reported to COURT'. Didn't I want to pay for charge? NO, I prepared my check and jsut requested the explanation of overcharge. And they left.
I had 10% permanent discount coupon (as advertised) but, they didn't take this coupon.
When they left, I also found an oil stain in my driveway which surely came from their truck. I requested to remove this stain but, no response yet.
This was what happed today. If you want to experience what I did, call ATP.
