Allen saved the day for us. We had a faucet fail leaking water all over the floor. I called and got the faucet fixed the same day. Great work, and at a very reasonable price. I couldn't have asked for more.

We were provided with a quick assessment of several problems and offered a variety of solutions from which we could choose. He is really an expert.

They came out to look at a clogged basement drain. Found out they didn't have the correct equipment to snake our main line (apparently we have a unique house!) but he recommended us to another plumber in town that he knew does have the equipment and didn't charge us for coming out. Even though he wasn't able to fix our problem, we will be calling them again for future problems because of how professional he was.

Initial quote was great. However, they showed up today at our home and didn’t have scaffolding and couldn’t complete the job. Instead of doing what they could and coming back later, the installer informed my wife that they would charge an additional $50 to come back and finish the job once they had scaffolding. Why should we pay for their error? Appointment was rescheduled for a over a week later. No offer was made to make this right.

I hope the next experience is better, but will give them another chance.

Severe weather had these folks way overscheduled, but I called when my water lines froze, and Allen was at my place within an hour! He was thorough, had great advice to prevent this next time it gets to subzero, and didn't spend my money unnecessarily. I will call on them again, and highly recommend them. Great service!

Man! I had a floor drain that didn't want to be cleared! It was under my water heater, and i had to call to have it unclogged.

The plunger didn't do it. The auger didn't do it. The blaster - that did it! I love that I was able to get same day service. Definitely recommend.

Definitely not pleased. I paid $220 for a one hour visit to clear out a drain clog. When I called for service, I asked specifically how much I was going to be charged. I was told $50 for the trip and $100 per hour. Well, I was charged $150 for the one hour because a "helper" came along (who was not needed, and I wasn't informed). And of course there was the $35 equipment charge. I should be able to get an accurate price on the phone, (or at least be informed of the possibility) that a company will honor, and this company would not honor the phone quote despite talking to the owner. The guys who came out were otherwise nice and prompt, but I will not plan on using them again.

Timely, professional crew. Owner was assisted by Matthias, both were very knowledgeable. They were scheduled to fix my toilet and also fixed my electric, which wasn't scheduled. Will only use them in the future.

Aim to Please Electric and Plumbing headed by Alan is excellent. I have been a very satisfied customer since 2007 (I've got work done by either Alan or Malachi or Derek or Josh or combinations). They are all true professionals who are very efficient, hygenic and importantly, get the job done right. They are very good troubleshooters as well. Overall, i think they are the best that Bloomington has to offer.

Aim To Please always lives up to their name. Alan, Malachi and the gang have gotten me out of some hairy binds (some literal, some figurative) many times. I would not even consider another plumber in Bloomington. The attention to detail, kindness, courtesy, expertise, efficiency, and respectful attitude with which they work is unmatched. Ten stars out of five.

We live in an older neighborhood with lots of mature trees. This area is notorious for root blockage and heavy debris. To make matters worse, our 50-year-old home is on a slab and all the cast iron pipes are completely inaccessible. Aim To Please has risen to this challenge on several occasions, cleaning out not only routine clogs and backups but a complete stoppage of water flow to the street and sewer. The men have used highly specialized and sophisticated equipment to solve some ridiculously complex problems, and always do so in a timely and informative manner, letting the homeowner know what they’re doing, how they’re doing it, and why it needs to be done along the way. They always communicate with me and educate me on preventative maintenance and provide honest, trustworthy advice. Aim To Please always shows up when they say they’re going to show up, usually within 24 hours. While most plumbers in town would charge an “emergency service” fee to show up on such short notice, Aim To Please only does so if the call is after hours.

You get what you pay for, and if honest, dependable and reliable service is something you value then I cannot recommend Aim To Please enough. There may be cheaper plumbers in Bloomington but I’ve never bothered to risk shopping around. Aim To Please has an impeccable record as indicated by the numerous testimonials and reviews available online, both in plumbing and electrical repair and maintenance. I have not utilized their skills for a home remodel project (yet), but I have absolute confidence in their ability based on my previous experiences with them. Alan, Malachi and family know what it takes to run a successful business and they do so by putting the customer first and always standing by their work. Highly recommended.
