Aim to Please Plumbing & Electric

We have always gotten great service and excellent work from Aim to Please Plumbing. You can certainly count on the quality of their work, plumbing or electrical, but equally important is their attitude towards the job at hand. They know what they are doing before they start and are efficient and professional once they begin. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Alan and Malachi if you need plumbing or electrical work. I feel very fortunate that a friend recommended them to me some years ago.

Of course, plumbing emergencies never happen on a weekday afternoon. On two occasions now we've had to call Aim to Please for a weekend (in one case late night) emergency call. Tonight Josh showed up quickly, was courteous and respectful and friendly, and dealt with an harder-than-expected fix with great skill and grace. He treated us kindly and talked us through the process in an easy to understand way. We will definitely contact Aim to Please again -- thank you for being such a responsive and helpful local business.

I highly recommend Aim to Please (ATP) for your plumbing needs. The stopper in my bathroom sink no longer moved up and down, and it became clear to me after messing around with the pivot rod and watching a few Youtube videos that it would be better to hire someone who knew what they were doing and had the right tools for the job. Since I was already going to schedule ATP to take care of this issue, I also asked them to do an estimate for me on installing a utility sink in my garage.

Alan and Matthais from ATP arrived exactly on schedule for the appointment time. I cannot praise them enough for the work that they did. Wanting to pick up a few pointers, I was able to watch Matthais as he installed a new drain assembly (metal parts on the old one had very clearly rusted and broke off). Matthais was efficient, friendly, and had excellent craftsmanship, and now my sink is working perfectly. Alan took care of the estimate for the garage utility sink (which I will definitely be having ATP back to take care of at a later date). In providing the estimate, Alan gave me some great advice to keep the cost of the utility sink installation within budget based on the location of my hot water heater.

One of the things beyond the quality work that really stood out to me was the customer service. Both Alan and Matthais had a wealth of information about fixing plumbing problems and also preventative measures, including do it yourself projects, that were relevant to the design of my house (advice that went beyond the sink issue they were working on). I really appreciated their knowledge and expertise. You won't be disappointed in hiring ATP for your next job.

Had Alan, Matthias, Malachi, and Josh to my house today working on a long list of repairs, plumbing and electrical. Was very happy with their work and attitude. They took great care with my property and I can and will recommend their services. I look forward to years of business with Aim to Please!

We called Aim to Please with a last-minute electrical emergency, and the gentlemen delivered! Allan and Matthias replaced some rodent-eaten wiring and hooked up a bathroom ventilator fan for a very reasonable price.
To top it off, Allan repaired the banister railing out of the kindness of his heart. The gentlemen were courteous and very understanding. We will be sure to use their services again!

Alan and Matthais came to install a new water heater for us, replacing the one we had. They were on time, polite, professional, get the water heater installed quickly and answered all the questions I had. I am satisfied with their service. Josh came (at a different time) to help us fixed the kitchen sink clog during a weekend. It was apparently a grease clog and it took several attempt to unclogged it. I appreciate that he came for the after hour call so that we had a functioning kitchen to use. The water heater and the sink has been working well since then.

Thank you so much, Matthias and Alan. I called with a laundry list of items and had an estimate shortly thereafter. When Alan and Matthias came to my house and began to work, it turned out several projects were more involved than previously thought. (due to unforeseen circumstances) However, it was still done in one day and for the price I was quoted! Professional, friendly and superb service. Very comfortable having these gentlemen in my home, in fact we all had a nice lunch together. I only wish that more of my home projects fell under the scope of their business. As I look for other contractors, I find it very difficult to find someone who stands up to their work ethic. Recommend WITHOUT hesitation. Also, was absolutely thrilled about their no smoking policy

Amazing plumbing problem-solvers and delightful guys to boot! They were prompt and their price was very reasonable. They patiently investigated our plumbing issues until they figured out and executed solutions. Matthias found a leak that will cut our water bills in half! I could not be more pleased.

We had Aim to Please come out to deal with a shower with no pressure on hot. Since we needed a whole new shower faucet they did not charge us for the first visit and after getting several quotes they were still the most economical. Malachi was the plumber and did an excellent job, was very efficient, timely. He also suggested we get the new faucet from Amazon so that we could get the exact one we wanted at a cheaper rate. Plus they got the job done on the day and time we requested. We will definitely use them again for future jobs.

Alan, Matthias and Malachi were amazing! They came out to work on a lift pit and fixed it with honesty! I had two other plumbing companies out prior to them and was extremely disappointed! Aim to please was amazing and made me feel that I was in good honest hands! I’ll never use any one else!
