Quick service and kept me updated through the whole process! Was very knowledgeable and extremely reasonable with pricing!

I was told I needed a new furnace - current one is only 10 years old. I was shown Pictures but did not see Pictures being taken. Was told there was a couple of cracks causing CO2 leaks. Got another estimate - problem was a little rust build up which was taken care of & furnace is working just fine. NO cracks on unit anywhere.
CO2 was from the stove-boiling water to help heat the house. And now, I'm being charged??? I will NEVER use Wheelock nor recommend for heating/cooling needs.

Preston does great work, is reliable, and trustworthy. Everyone should use him as much as possible.
