I bought a new HVAC from these guys they installed it and it did not work from the get-go. It was a heat pump system and the air conditioning part worked just fine but when it come time to switch to heat it would only shut off if you used it in emergency heat not with the heat pump. I fought with them for 2 or 3 years trying to get them to fix it but they never could. They must have came to my place 10 or 12 different times trying to make it work. I finally gave up and called someone else and they come out and within 30 minutes had it diagnosed that the reversing valve wasn't moving all the way and within an hour my unit was fixed. It's a shame that a different HVAC person could diagnose and fix their unit within 30 minutes but they could not figure out in years what was wrong with their very own system they sold me.
