I had an appointment for Monday to have Matt come over and look at my air conditioner that had stopped working. He texted me Sunday afternoon and came over and got my air conditioner running. The house was at 82 and rising on a really hot day. Thank you so much for helping us out Matt. While he was here my neighbor cane sovereign and Matt was able to get his air running again too. Very professional and explained everything going on. Matt went way beyond our expectations.

I knew my heating system was on borrowed time, so I decided to have a couple of different companies come out and give me a quote on replacement. Matt at Pleasant Temps impressed me the most. He was certainly the most thorough out of the bunch! The other companies simply gave me a price, one of which was on the back of a business card! Matt actually proposed a solution!! It's been a little over a month with the new system and I am absolutely elated with it! Thanks Matt and the Pleasant Temps team for your honesty and hard work!

Matt turned a horrible experience with another HVAC company into a great one. He was patient, he walked us through what he was looking for, and was able to fix my furnace after 3 nights of no heat and repeat service calls with another provider after being here for about 2.5 hours. This company is amazing!! I was in a vunerable situation. I needed to sell my home and had a home inspection. I was told the furnace needed to be checked out. The HVAC place I called sent a guy out who strongly suggested that it be replaced. I wanted a second opinion so I called Pleasant Temps. Matt came out, cleaned the furnace and used some camera thing and told me that the furnace had many more years left in it. It is refreshing to do business with someone with integrity. I’m writing this review about my son Matt, not so much his company “Pleasant Temps Heating & Cooling” because anyone who’s ever used him for their heating and air needs, know he’s very good at what he does.
Tuesday afternoon Matt had a service call in Elk Grove Village. Since he was in the neighborhood, he stopped by my shop, “Tire Service” Elk Grove. He visited for about a half hour.
While Matt was visiting he was scoping out the ceiling furnace in the shop, but never said anything to me.
Please keep in mind, every couple years the 4” exhaust venting that goes up and out of the roof deteriorates due to long term moisture, and during winter months could become dangerous, even potentially fatal.
My five star review is for Matt, as a caring son, a professional at what he does for a living, his integrity, and most of all, his willingness to go above and beyond to out of his way to help others
Wednesday morning I walked in my shop, fired up all the equipment, went in the office to check the schedule, made a few calls, called Matt about a conversation from Tuesday, and before we hung up, he asked if I noticed anything about the shop, I said no, walked out to the shop, saw $25 sitting on cabinet, asked what’s different, he said, look up dad.
Never expected this as Matt had driven all the way from Yorkville at 5:00 a.m. to come up and replace the entire exhaust system, from the furnace up through the roof tube.
I’m so proud of my son, and the way he treats his family, friends, and most of all, his customers in business.
