Gino served my plumbing needs professionally, and in a timely fashion. He was organized, tidy, considerate, made sure I understood how to use what he installed. He answered questions, respected my interior walls and floors, wiped up as he worked, and educated me about how I was misusing the copper pipes over my laundry sink... only copper can touch copper. The company name actually reflects the service rendered.

Just had an emergency situation solved by Gino who responded to my phone call immediately. He was professional, courteous, and was able to keep our house from being completed flooded out by his fast work and thorough job. We were so upset before we called Gino. Thank god we did. A previous plumber (who knows!) screwed up the job. Leaky tub. Gino came to the rescue. So very happy I called him. He came with his partner. They were prompt friendly knew exactly what they were doing! They basically had to clean up and install the mess we were left with from the other plumber who literally just walked out on us! Do not hesitate to call them! They are the ones we will call now! Thank you again Gino!! We are enjoying our shower now!

Friday night we discovered that we had NO hot water... We soon realized the pilot was out. After multiple attempts to reignite, we made the call to get help. Our water heater was fairly new so naturally I called the company that did the install. I will only say that they finally returned my call on Monday morning :(

THE GOOD NEWS IS! We had a pressing date on Saturday and I also called Gino at Excellent Plumbing, Friday night . He made arrangements to send Dan out to my home Saturday Morning.
Before arriving Dan called and asked for a picture of the type of Hot water heater we owned and some other info. We discussed the cost of the visit and the problem that has been symptomatic with this unit, and the cost of that. We were off and running!
Dan arrived on time, replaced the part that was defective AND told US NO CHARGE!
What???
This was warranty work and was still covered. We thought that it was covered but figured that we were going to have to deal with the manufacturer ourselves.? Since our installer didn't step up I figured we were screwed. NOPE!
EXCELLENT PLUMBING is really a top notch company. They Heard our problem, solved it, On time, personable and went above and beyond.

This is the third time I have used Excellent Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone. They are prompt at returning calls/emails, do a good job and do it at a fair rate. I continue to be happy with their service and will continue to call them when needed.

My gas company identified some leaks and shut off my gas line in the middle of a cold winter day. Excellent Plumbing came a few hours later and repaired the leaky joints and my heater was back up running the same day. The charge is reasonable considering the work they have completed.

Gino also gave very honest recommendations on a few other items with the consideration of the actual situations. Instead of pushing me to fix it right away, he gave up the money he could make easily and helped me to make the right decision to wait until a few years later to replace the whole thing when reaching the max years. If you want someone to give you some honest opinions to make the right decision, go with Excellent Plumbing.

Gino was really good. I called Thursday evening and he called me back right away to schedule service. Gino arrived on time, was very polite and fixed our plumbing issue expeditiously. Gino did everthing he said he would do. We would definately use Excellent plumbing again. Good job Gino!

Gino was great from start to finish! On time, masked up due to Covid, located/repaired leak in shower drain, tested repair successfully, courteous, friendly, cleaned up repair areas, nothing not to like. 5 stars and highly recommend!
