My water heater was leaking last week. Gino was great very professional and knowledgeable. He came in the short window we were available, and replaced it for us. Hi is very pleasant and friendly to talk to. Great company to work with.

Gino just came to my house for a new water heater. While he was here I asked him to look at another problem that 2 other plumbers told me couldn't be repaired without redoing everything in the whole basement. Gino was honest and told me that wasn't necessary, they were trying to rip me off. I also hired him to make those repairs and I am confident that the issue is solved permanently just by looking at it. He does very nice work.

Honest, efficient, reasonably priced, clear communication. I had a couple difficult leaks, Gino and his team took a lot of care to limit demo and managed to fix the leaks without needed to call in a carpenter to cut joists, etc. This literally saved me many thousands of dollars. I've dealt with a lot of plumbers and these guys were by far the best I've worked with.

Wow - I see why Gino at Excellent Plumbing has such amazing reviews. We had a leaking water heater and he was able to help identify over the phone what we needed super fast and was able to go to the store and buy a new water heater, replace and remove the old one in under 2 hours. THANK GOD because this all happened at about 7:30 in the evening. They were super professional, personable, fast and overall great. I HIGHLY recommend.
