Update for new work done 3/3/23--

Called Gino because my Mom's battery back up sump pump went out. The original installer that supplied and installed that pump wanted $2850 to repair it. Gino provided a whole new system for 25% less than that, plus that included replacing the standard electric sump pump as well (which the original contractor did not include).

On top of that, Gino answered the phone himself when I called (tell me another plumber that does that!), gave me a price on the phone, then showed up and installed the unit within 3 hours of that original call. Seriously? That type of service pretty much does not exist today with most contractors.

Anyhow, great job, neat work, great service, and a great guy on top of it. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend Gino for any of your plumbing needs. You can't go wrong!

Gino did this work at my mother's house. And while I marked it as a "plumbing pipe repair" Gino really didn't have to "repair" any pipes because he was able to solve the problem much more quickly and inexpensively.

Half of the time when my mother flushed a certain toilet, there would be a loud rumbling sound in the walls and floor. Gino correctly diagnosed it as vibration in the copper water pipe that leads to the toilet. The water pipe would vibrate against a gas line pipe that ran alongside of the water pipe in the crawl space beneath that bathroom (apparently the water pipe had drooped a couple of inches over the years).

Anyhow, Gino insulated the water pipe and the vibration noise stopped.

Another plumber might have tried to sell us on new water pipes! Thank you, Gino!

woke up Saturday morning to my drains not working. I reached out to Gino at Excellent plumbing. He was quick to respond and was at my house a few hours later. took care of my issues and gave me a few options to help it from happening again. charged me less than the original quote what more could you ask for. definitely going to keep his number for any future plumbing issues

Gino arrived on time and did a great job of repairing our shower valve. Clean , thorough job.
