Dependable service! My AC went out late in the evening and they were able to get a tech out right away the next morning and had it fixed the same day. Josh was great at answering my questions and performing the service. Angel in the office also did a great job booking me in and making sure I was taken care of. Our furnace malfunctioned at 10 PM on Friday night and I reached out to Weston Heating Air Conditioning immediately. Dan answered and made an appointment for the next day at 2 PM. I got a call from Jack asking if they could come by 11 and they arrived right on schedule. They inspected the system and provided the best solution. Unbelievable service. Jack and Jason were extremely professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I didn’t think this type of service existed anymore. Thank you very much.

Terrible service!! Don’t trust this company. I called to have my furnace fixed this morning 1/31/2019. Russ showed up at 8:50am and he noticed dust so he blew into a three way hose that connects to the sensor switch and to the pilot. That made it work for 4-5 hours, then it stopped working. He was here for 15 minutes he charged me $445.00. He had me write the check to Russels remodeling. Second night our home has no heat temperature is 55degrees and our furnace was installed November 2017 so it’s not old. Talk about gauging!! He won’t even come out to service it tonight after I called around 5pm and he was paid. How would you feel??Results, I had someone else look at it and he open the ducts to let air flow in and that fixed it. No parts were changed as Russ wanted to replace the sensor switch and asked for another $300. SCAM!

Antony did a terrific job with servicing the unit and replacing capacitor. He was prompt and courteous on both days and very knowledgeable with the entire system. Thanks to him, I didn't have to worry about the Fourth! I'm going to ask for him, when it's time to look at the furnace!
