Highly Recommend! I called with an issue with our furnace not heating our home. Curtis was prompt and came over as soon as he could. He is very knowledgable and fixed our problem quickly, going above and beyond to explain what happened and show me preventative measures to take to keep from having the same problem in the future. Very helpful and friendly.

Without air conditioning for a week er two because of a brand new Goodman condencing unit had the compressor locked up and would not cool. Cool Tech was out on an off day after waiting for parts to ship. They came out 1hr outside of Peoria after business hours and got the job done in record time. This was a warranty job and they took care of all the parts and dealing with the company. They still took the time to explain each thing they were doing while I would wonder around asking questions. The 5hr job took less than 3hr and they also checked out my whole system. They looked at everything including replacing the furnace filter that was sitting right next to it but I never got around to it. After the compressor change, they stuck around to make sure the system was operating correctly and answer a few more of my questions. I have nothing bad to say about Cool Tech. They do great work for low cost and seem to go out of their way to please the customer. I highly recommend Cool Tech. Great!

This company is amazing!!! We have a brand new mobile home brand new furnace and aur conditioner. Whoever set it up did not do it correctly caused a leak on the refrigerant and the furnace did not come with a door so dust causing havoc with the fan. They came immediately explained everything as they went were kind and sympathetic. I have an auto immune disease and it can cause my potassium to go low and cause heart problems i cant sweat a lot i have to stay hydrated. They had it fixed in like 40 minutes. Prices better than anyone i called and as i said were very nice yet professional! Seriously call this business for any heating and cooling needs.

My a/c unit was freezingn and I'm a contractor so if I can fix it myself I will, however, hvac is beyond my realm if expertise. In one phone call to Curt and Cool tech he helped me troubleshoot the problem on a Saturday. I can't thank him enough for his advice and without asking for anything in return. Cool Tech will be highly recommended, had them install a tankless hot water heater . They were very professional, and it works and looks amazing. They took the time to explain how it works. They also disposed of my old one. Thank you Cool Tech
