Reliance Heating & Cooling techs did a good job with our furnace and air conditioner replacement at a nice price. They took care of it the same day they checked out the problems we were having with the furnace, and we didn't have to go the weekend without any heat. The staff are very friendly and professional.

Called yesterday to have my HVAC serviced. They said they could come today 7:30-10. I called at 10:00 and they said no technicians are available until next week. To book the appointment they charged me $150. Asked to speak to a manager and no one can talk. I understand it’s hot and it’s busy, but to not communicate is terrible.

Extremely thorough, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt. I had 3 different companies give me a quote for a new AC unit. This is the only company that took a multitude of pictures of the handler and ducts in my attic to show me what they were working with and they drew a diagram of what changes they would be making with the new unit and handler. They were also the least expensive of the 3 quoted, and offered financing. Win-win, in my book. A week after my install, they came out to do a check and adjust any flow that needed it. So far, I'm extremely happy. I would definitely recommend Reliance Heating & Cooling!
