I'm a fan of them because of their honesty and transparency. I've dealt with other companies that were less than forthcoming about the cost of repairs, but they has always been upfront about what's going on and what it will cost me.

Run, it’s a scam. Ok I paid 100 bucks for them to come out. Guy shows up tells me $375 for cleaning, general maintenance. Then I needed a aprilaire connected to the furnace controls. Guy could not even provide a price. I got “oh it’s going to take time”. Shame on me for thinking someone might do a job without trying to screw you. Oh I found out these are just private contractors, you are really not dealing with a true HVAC business. Fly by night!
