Beware!!! A.R.S HVAC Supply Inc. does not pay their bills. We made two separate trips to set a roof top unit on a grocery store. It is almost a year later and they still refuse to pay. The owner of the grocery store paid ARS in full for services.

I needed a part that no one else had for my furnace. the owner was great and was very informative. even rechecked to make sure I had the right part number. if I ever need parts again I will definitely come back.

They came fixed my A/C in no time yesterday. Great quality personnel and a very reasonable price. I will diffidently give these guys a call back.

I sent a request via the website for a quote on a part and never got a call back. I spoke to the owner after he message me on the review site and he was very apologetic. He went back on all his website contacts and could not find my request. Perhaps there was a temporary glitch in the system.
