    Jeff has performed extraordinary service at our home. Unreasonable that he would do installation of a new a/c unit in under 24 hours, during a 100 degree heat wave!! And more recently, at the request of Gabe, Jeff did a furnace repair on a Saturday morning. All done with a smile and patience, answering questions and/or providing instruction/advise, etc. When work was done, units are operating better than ever. Jeff,Gabe, THANK YOU:)

    ARS is well known locally for their professionalism and responsiveness. They always go above and beyond. Anytime we have concerns, they come out and check out the problem and resolve it in a timely manner. The owner Gabe and his staff are very respectful and polite.     As luck would have it, the condensor stopped working on a weekend. I needed a specific capacitor that wasn't the generic kind you find at your local big box stores. I called ARS on a Saturday night to confirm they were open as the only other 24/7 store was closed and got a prompt response from Jeff. Saw him this morning, got my part and a few helpful tips and the AC lives to cool another day! Thanks Jeff and ARS!!! I can't say more on how convenient the hours are!

    Won't keep the appointment. Rescheduled twice... had to wait for a week without them turning in.

    IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE - Firstly it wasn't raining at the decided time y'day and today as well it wasn't raining at the time scheduled. The most important point is NO ONE CALLED ME THAT THE APPOINT IS DELAYED. Its only after hours when I call ...you tell me that its rescheduled. I am glad I didn't take the service.

    This place is great. Woke up to the furnace stopping and starting. They had a new flame sensor ready for me and it was up and running in less than 30 minutes. Next I broke the ignitor, it was old and brittle. Same thing, on hand, back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Wow!

    Jeff at ARS has been great to solve my air conditioning issues. I ask for him every time I call for service. Jeff and Allen came the last service call and did a great job. I appreciate the reliable, honest and responsive service from ARS.

    I wouldnt go here for parts, they can you the part you need when you need it but if it comes to having to warranty it they won't. They want you to bring the old part in and wait for them to send it to the manufacture to get a new one. They never stated on the receipt it was a manufacturer warranty or else I would have gone some where else. When you state 1 year parts warranty with receipt that infers you will be warranting it not the manufacturer.
