Signature Service HVAC

We have been using Tim for the past few years and he is absolutely wonderful. We live in a condo with an ancient HVAC unit in a closet (which is a HUGE pain to get to) that Tim has kept running for us. There have been numerous times where the AC unit stops working and it's over 85 degrees in our condo and Tim almost always has come the same day to fix the problem. Tim is professional, flexible, courteous, and all around a really nice guy. We will continue to use Signature Service in the future and I totally recommend him to anyone looking for an honest HVAC company.

Tim and his staff are great! When our air conditioner went out on a 90 plus degree holiday weekend, they responded immediately and installed a brand new unit in one afternoon. Our furnace started blowing cold air on a 30 degree day, so in a scramble, we reached out to Signature Service. Tim was able to get to my home within a few hours, and after over an hour of work our furnace was blowing heat again. Tim from Signature Service HVAC saved me thousands of dollars from another company that said I need a new boiler. Tim came right away cleaned the burners, unclogged some ports & the boiler is working great!! Honest guy. I highly recommend him!!

Tim is a HVAC genius. He switched my whole heating and cooling system. Such good service we decided to replace our hot water tank since we were removing our chimney. Called on a Monday and Wednesday Tim came out and installed the whole deal in one day. A+ service.

Me and my wife were getting ready for bed when I smelled a foul odor. I called the the fire department to come out and there was traces of carbon monoxide in my building. Tim came out the next morning and got the job done the same day! He replaced two furnaces in no time and got my family, and my tenants family nice and warm again! Thank you Tim!
