Shavitz staff are knowledgeable and forward thinking. They have replaced both furnace &AC,, added larger returns/ductwork and rerouted main return on 1st floor. I highly recommend them.

A technician named Mitch showed up and did what I believe was a very professional job. He cleaned and did maintenance on my furnace. Thank goodness just 24 hours before a blizzard.

They could not keep the first scheduled time due to an emergency need elsewhere. They were extremely accommodating to get it rescheduled. The technician explained everything I needed to know. We will continue to use Shavitz Heating.

We have had great experience with Henry and David as technicians. They are both extremely informative, friendly, and thorough in their work. Henry came by to investigate an A/C issue, quickly resolved it, explained exactly what might have gone wrong and thoroughly documented it for next steps. Couldn’t have been happier!

Just completed my yearly maintenance for the HVAC system Shavitz previously installed. As always, scheduling was extremely easy, and they were able to get someone out within a week. The technician who came out was right on time and very professional. We even scheduled the next maintenance appointment while he was onsite.

David D has been a terrific technician! I have separate heating systems for my apartments and it means servicing a small boiler four forced air units of varying ages and models plus the humidifiers. He always tells me the current condition of each unit and if any repairs are needed immediately or forceable in the future. He has also helped me educate my tenants about how to use fans to circulate the heat around their apartments so they are more comfortable and insulate around the windows. There's a partnership with him to insure my buildings are safe and comfortable for everyone.
