Schaevitz is reliable, workmen are good. A supervisor will check before doing big jobs recommended by specialists, sometimes thinking of alternative ways to fix problems instead of a new unit.

Use the 3 year contract if you are able to pay in advance - they book your annual
Checkups for twice a year AC and heat, gets you a discount on parts, comes out easier than trying to get an an appointment and I calculated it to be slightly less expensive in the long run. Known companies that I called 3 years ago all seemed to charge about $90 for 15 minute increments and you had to have a minimum of 30 minutes and I have 2 furnaces and AC units.

Top quality work by David, who clearly knows his stuff and is a really personable guy. Thorough inspection of heating units, and advice on how to operate the systems for best results. He found a bit of an issue with a fairly new furnace, and brought it to my attention so we can get a warranty repair done. Another great visit from Shavitz!
