Shavitz was able to send out a technician quickly when our A/C went out due to flooding. Jonathon was professional and helpful in explaining what needed to be fixed.

Edited cause ac went out a week after it was inspected.

Valerii was courteous and professional. Our beef is with Shavitz. Twice our heat suddenly shut off, necessitating a visit from Shavitz. Not cheap, especially because we had already purchased a maintenance plan. We are fast losing faith and confidence in this company and cannot recommend them.
