Heat not distributing. Repairman found problem and has ordered new part. In shock over price of part and length of time I will have to wait to have it come from factory. Timing terrible as weather forecast predicts very cold days and I have no heat!!!

Everyone was kind and professional, answered all our questions and treated our home with care and respect. We've done a lot of work on our house and this was by far the overall best experience we've had to date. Our house has radiator heat so installing AC was an enormous undertaking that required a lot of creative solutions.
