Boris came in the middle of the night and fixed our heater in the freezing cold. It’s now working better than ever! We called many companies and he was the only prompt response we had. Additionally, he had great rates for emergency services!

Installed central air and did a great job. Was very thoughtful throughout the process and cleaned up after each day to leave a tidy work sight. Has even come to check how things were working after the project was finished. Highly recommend!

I’m a Real Estate Agent and I had a client who needed a thermostat fixed as part of an inspection item. I called Next Step to come check it out and see what needed to be done. Boris came out, did some testing on the floor boards and found the valve zone was bad along with the thermostat. He quickly found the part and replaced it along with a new thermostat. Great service, great communication very professional and quick. He also took the time to explain what happened and what was going on. Highly recommend!
