Technician Ricardo Martinez was very professional. He came for a clean and check through Nicor Home Solutions. Through his detailed cleaning & inspection he found that our capacitor was measuring low on our 11 year old furnace. The price was fair to replace it and he had the part on hand so it was completed before he left. I'd highly recommend this company.

They were very punctual and did an extremely efficient, thorough and professional job, also giving me verbal tips on the side of how to prolong the life of my furnace.
