Our six year old Lennox HVAC system went out (six years and completely shot, replaced the condenser motor a couple months back and now the compressor went) so we had Randy come to the rescue. I researched for the best unit, and Goodman came out on top (best value and reliability), and turned out Randy carried this brand. We have a special needs son that is susceptable to overheating so Randy expedited the unit and had his crew come out and got the unit replaced quickly. Very pleased with the work performed and the competitive price. Thanks Randy and crew!

Beware! Randy Fleming has retired and sold this business. It is no longer a small business with the same level of service Randy and his team were known for. I called twice to get a technician to come to our house for our Aprilaire humidifier. I gave very detailed explanations of the work required. The tech showed up and had no idea why he was here. He walked downstairs and said I need to replace my 30 year old Aprilaire unit. He said the replacement was $300 so I said okay. He went to his van and called to schedule the install. When he came back it was $695.00 for the replacement AND then he gave me a bill for $90 for today! Very disappointed.

Randy and his team are phenomenal. They are very knowledgeable, cost effective, and work quickly. I highly recommend them for all your furnace needs! We needed a new heat exchanger and another part.

Great Guys. Randy's son and another of his employees came out to install a new water heater. It only took about an hour and a half, and the hourly cost was very fair. He also hauled the old water heater away for FREE...everyone else wanted more money to do that.

On a side-note, nobody else would give me an hourly cost. The 'best' deal besides Randy I could find cost about 40% more than he did.

Long story short, I was looking for the lowest cost of install. Called everyone in & around Roscoe. These guys were it. Though I never met Randy, the team he sent out also happened to be quick and professional. I'll be calling them again if I ever need any other plumbing or HVAC work done.

Called left a message they called back about a week later and said they were having problems with their phones. I called Fleming in S.Beloit and they came the next morning and replaced the blower motor on my furnace within an hour.1 star Randy Fleming's in Roscoe.

I needed to have a vent put in for my basement bathroom. Two of Randy's workers were able to come over on short notice and install the vent, effectively working through any problems in short order. I have used this business in the past and will use them again in the future.

Randy Fleming Heating & AC sold us a high efficiency (16 SEER) Amana furnace and air conditioning system. What RFH & AC installed in our home was a lower efficiency system. We only found this out after NICOR/COMED rejected our $900 rebate paperwork. Mr. Fleming was surprisingly non-responsive to many requests for corrective action so we had to go to use the legal system. We won in small claims court (Judge Lisa Fabiano) and then Arch Heating & Cooling did an excellent job installing the correct hardware. I returned the lower efficiency hardware to RFH & AC per the court instruction. Rather than pay the court ordered damages, Randy Fleming tried unsuccessfully to sue me $100,000 for defamation. Judge Eugene Doherty dismissed the defamation suit with prejudice (strongest dismissal method possible). Finally, RFH&AC paid the court ordered damages with interest for late payment. Getting burned twice by a contractor we trusted was a painful experience for my wife and myself. Thank goodness for the court system. This review is being provided as a public service.

Wow, Randy Fleming is HONEST! I also had a different local heating company tell me that my furnace was bad! Called Randy Fleming Htg for a 2nd opinion. Saved me the cost of a furnace replacement! Would highly recommend using Randy Fleming. Furnace is still in top working condition for its age! Thank you Randy Fleming!! BTW, don't confuse the company with the So Beloit Flemings. I called them first in error and was met with terrible rudeness. USE RANDY FLEMING IN ROSCOE!
