Yes, KINOVATE is the BEST EVER! I received amazing service today! Stuart explained everything about the repair for my air conditioner to me in great detail. You can tell he loves his job because he was so friendly and answered all of my questions and I had several of them. He was upfront with his price and when the job was complete, I paid the price he quoted, which was a fair and honest price in my opinion.

My husband and I have used Kinovate many times when we have had heating and air problems in our home. The technician Stuart Kinison has always been very knowledgeable and friendly. I am proud to use a local company that is truth worthy, efficient and gets the job done in a timely manner. I am also impressed that they have came to my home after regular business hours.

The 100 degree days has not stopped this company's customer service. With so many companies being overloaded, Kinovate was honest about it, apologetic about being busy and that I would have to wait and most of all they kept their promise and made it to my house. The technician was super friendly and knew his stuff. The trip charge was really reasonable and the overall price for the repair was fair. I will use and recommend this company again.

Had the furnace quit and they were able to come out same day. Not only did they replace the faulty part, they checked for safety concerns on our furnace model, as well as corrected a questionable fix from another repair person. The diagnostic rate as well as the total repair cost were very reasonable and he took the time to explain things and show me what he was doing. I absolutely recommend them for repair needs.
