If you decide to use their services ask for Mario and Justin. They were very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They did an awesome job, worked efficiently and answered all my questions. They left everything clean and showed me pictures of before and after. Very nice guys, I highly recommend!

I was looking for replacing my old water heater and old furnace and AC which approaching end of life. Everything was 10+ years old. Duct professor was one of the companies I approached for quote. From start to finish these guys were great and out of the four professionals I approached Duct Professor got my business.

One of the main reasons I went with Duct Professor was the financing they offered. None of the others had the financing terms that Duct professor had. Duct professor were a little higher than other quotes but nothing too outlandish. The way everyone worked on their team, from the sales rep to the technicians who did the install is worth the higher price.

I like how each appointment they sent a calendar invite with the time frame of the job, good use of technology. Special shout out to Alex who came out to the house so we can fill out the finance application.

Duct Professor technicians were in and out of the house for two days and everyone was great. They did their job well within the time quoted and it did not feel rushed.

Justin and Mario did a great job with our a/c system vent cleaning and filter replacement. They were on time, did everything quickly, were very polite and professional. Pricing was reasonable too.

Mario and Daniel are so kind, personable, and skilled at what they do. They gave me solid advice on the best way to maintain our dryer vent moving forward, without some sort of upsell game - they were helping me understand how LONG I could wait between cleanings instead of trying to sell more frequent cleanings than I actually needed to. Based on other reviews too, Mario and Daniel seem to truly enjoy what they do and it shows, which again tells me the company is doing things right Great job!

I got duct cleaning done buy Duct Professor, they sent out Justin and Mario to do the job and they were great. Both were on time (actually early) and professional. They walked me through everything they were going to do and gave me a price up front before continuing work. Would definitely use them again!

My AC died at the absolute worst time (as they do) and I received quotes from 3 different companies. This company sent me all the details including the models they would install and arranged for after hours installation because it was 90 degrees out, I was having trouble doing my job because my office was so hot and my kids were miserable. They were super responsive to all my questions, very polite and considerate of my home. Duct Professor is my hero right now and I will absolutely hire them again for maintenance and any future replacements (I have some other aged appliances I expect will die in the next few years.) I'm saving the number in my phone!
