I hesitated on posting this, actually for several months now. However, I felt I need to let others know to avoided what my family had to deal with. Took forever to get a call back when we needed help. When they finally did call us back they made us feel like bother. Bob showed up hours late, no facemask (have a terminally ill child in the home) and looked like some guy on the street who we dragged to our house. When he found the problem he made us feel guilty he had to order the part and have him return to install it. We had to hound him for at least a week before we heard back from him. His repair work was messy and system broke again. Turned out the repair he performed was never needed in the first place. I have tried to reach out but have never heard from Bob again. Save your family stress, anger, disappointment and money. Never dealt with such a horrible contractor before. I just hope others can avoid the same disaster I had to deal with. What annoys me the most is my friend recommended him, she won't make that mistake again. Go anywhere else, just avoid this guy.

Very honest, on time and affordable. Bob didn’t try to sell anything and explained the problem. Will definitely use services again.

They are awesome! I emailed PWA on Sat afternoon they called shortly after & Bob came out the next day/Sunday to look at our air condition. He didnt charge us for a Sunday visit and we had our new air conditioner in on Wed! Bob and Brandy were both great to work with and I definitely recommend you call them. Thank you PWA

They came to my home checked my air conditioning unit and found everything was okay. No Charge. This is more than honest. I'll definitely call these guys when I upgrade my central air. This act of kindness shows you can trust this company!

Worst service ever cheap comes with a price.
No atrention to detail .Tried to call for a service call and neither owner or his wife return calls. They worried about the batting cages first then hvac in a place they dont even own. Why do u think he have bad reviews!!
